Under normal circumstances we firmly believe our prices are extremely competitive, if you have any questions regarding prices please don't hesitate to contact us.
Q:When will you despatch my order?
Unlike most internet companies, we have our own warehouse and we hold in stock many of the items we sell. We will despatch stock items the same day for orders received before noon. For items that are not currently in stock you will be advised of a delivery date.
Q:When will my goods arrive?
Upon despatching your goods we will e-mail you with a delivery date. Most items will be despatched for next day delivery,however larger items may take 2-3 days.
Q:What is your normal delivery policy?
Our delivery policy can vary according to the items you have ordered, the method used in delivering them to you and your location.
Q:What happens to my personal details?
Your personal details will remain strictly confidential and not passed on to third parties. You have the option to be kept informed of new lines and special offers when placing an order.
Q:What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely delighted with any purchase from Bbuy.ie and offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Upon delivery please inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery paperwork of any damage or defect. If you are not satisfied simply return the products to us in their original condition and packaging and we will refund the purchase price. We will refund the purchase price less delivery charges

All goods carry a manufacturers guarantee (varies from product to product) against materials and workmanship.

Q:How can I place an order?
You can place orders over the internet, by fax, by post or phone.
Q:What is the order process ?
Simply browse our on line catalogue and click on "add" to any items you wish to buy , these items can be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping click on the "checkout" button which takes you to the order page. Enter your details and one of our agents will contact you to confirm your order and payment details. If preferred you can also print the order form and send it to us by fax +(353) 01 6877922 or post or telephone us on +(353) 01 6877900 and place the order over the phone.
Q:What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via our secure server and can accept cheques with cheque guarantee card number, with orders via the post.
Q:What happens if I cancel my order?
For items we hold in stock, if you cancel your order prior to it being despatched you will not incur any charges and a full refund will be applicable. If your order has already been despatched then you may be charged for delivery. For items that have been specially ordered or made a cancellation fee may be charged.
